Deborah is  a wedding officiant in Victoria BC and in the Saanich Peninsula. 

Deborah is an officant with All Seasons Weddings, a licensed Canadian company with a reputation for providing a secure and safe service to couples and officiants.  Her passion is to provide alternative experiences for those who describe themselves as “spiritual but not religious”. For Deborah the wedding ceremony is the focus and heart of the wedding day. She has presided at hundreds of weddings since 1989…from the very formal, large church wedding, to an intimate gathering at the beach. Deborah's hope is to provide a caring, authentic presence during this important and meaningful day of the couple's life, and to help create a cherished memory for them both.
