  Deborah did the Celebration of Life for my Father. After, his elderly friends came to tell me they had never been to a nicer service and they wondered how long Deborah had known Dad. They actually had never met! Deborah so clearly captured all that was the essence of Dad. Deborah is an Officiant, Minister in Victoria who has worked in the United Church and has presided at funerals and memorials for over 34 years.  She has liberated herself from institutional religion, however she continues to pursue her interest in ceremony & ritual, especially among those who describe themselves as "Spiritual But Not Religious".  She is a firm believer in the importance of ritual to mark important moments in people's lives and strives to give voice to what is meaningful and hopeful to them.
